1. Introduction
By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all website design and setup projects provided by deal and pick, including any consultation, development, and ongoing support services.
2. Services Provided
We offer professional website design, development, and setup services, which include, but are not limited to:
- Custom website design
- Website development and coding
- Content management system (CMS) integration
- E-commerce setup
- Website hosting and domain setup
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide all necessary content, such as text, images, and logos, in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the provided content is accurate, legal, and does not infringe on third-party rights.
- Maintain access to the website and domain, including login credentials, as needed for ongoing development or updates.
4. Payment and Fees
- A deposit of Rs 1500 is required to initiate the project.
- Full payment is due upon completion of the website, before the final files are delivered or the site is made live.
- Additional charges may apply for any changes, additions, or additional features requested after the initial agreement.
- All prices are not refundable.
5. Project Timeline
- We will provide an estimated timeline for project completion. The timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the project and the client’s responsiveness.
- Delays in client feedback or provision of content may result in an extended project timeline.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the completed website, excluding any third-party materials or software.
- We retain the right to use the finished website in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the project, including design ideas and business strategies, private.
8. Revisions and Modifications
- We offer five rounds of revisions during the design phase. Any additional changes after the design phase may incur extra charges.
- Once the website is live, further modifications or updates will be charged at an hourly rate or agreed-upon rate.
9. Website Hosting and Maintenance
- We provide website hosting and maintenance services for an additional fee. If the client opts for hosting with another provider, we cannot guarantee the site’s performance or resolve hosting-related issues.
10. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from the website’s performance or downtime.
- While we make every effort to ensure the security and functionality of the site, we are not responsible for third-party attacks, hacks, or security breaches.
11. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If the project is terminated, the client is responsible for paying for any work completed up to that point.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Punjab/India, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
